Keeping your account and funds safe is a shared responsibility. Here is how we protect the platform and how you can protect yourself.
How we protect the platform
- Non-custodial wallets – you sign in with your own wallet; we never hold or ask for your private key.
- On-chain payment checks – every node payment is verified on the blockchain before an order is approved, and each transaction can be used only once.
- Login protection – repeated failed login attempts are temporarily blocked.
- Payout safeguards – withdrawals are sent only to the wallet linked to your account and are checked before and after they are sent.
How to protect yourself
- Never share your private key, seed phrase or password with anyone – including people claiming to be Safe Block staff.
- Always check that you are on the official Safe Block website before connecting your wallet or signing in.
- Use a strong, unique password and keep your wallet app and devices up to date.
- Double-check the network and amount before approving any transaction in your wallet.
Report a vulnerability
If you believe you have found a security issue, please report it privately through our contact page with enough detail for us to reproduce it. Please do not access other users’ data, disrupt the service or disclose the issue publicly until it has been fixed. We review every report and appreciate responsible disclosure.
